I finished the vid. Thanks for all the help . It's about 3.5 megs, in WMV format. Thanks to Bananna for agreeing to a surprise beta viewing request, and for her ever-so-encouraging response. I'll say one more time, though, that this is pretty out there, even for me. Consider yourself warned. There really is no excuse for this... Paul

BWAH! That was fun, Paul! I love, love, love it! And would you believe me if I said I'd had the same idea but couldn't figure out how to do it? Awesome!

LOL! I'd been wondering what you were up to! This was very clever and well-composed as far as clips and lyric matches go. I'll admit I had trouble picking out some of the words (seems to be a chronic problem of mine), so I missed out on some of the lyric matches, but it didn't spoil the overall effect. And how'd you get the 'S' in the title card?? Special font? Sara

Hah! So much fun, Paul! I particularly loved Clark's early attempts to find a nice outfit, and then the final shot with Lois saying "I really like the vest" and Clark's delicious "I gathered that". LOL!!!

Oh, how much fun is this? I'm still giggling!!!
My favorite parts (so far):
Irish Setter—-using this clip was a stroke of genius--absolutely brilliant!
'Twas My Cat--too fabulous and completely hysterical...Hooray for Cat!
“Red Robin Suit…one breast or two”--awesomely clever the way you matched the lyrics with the one, two of the cape.
Former gophers—-Jack is oh so perfect!
Matching Clogs—-I nearly choked on my water...
I’ve watched this vid about six times already and I've laughed every single time...and have found something new to laugh at each time through.
Great job and thanks for sharing!
Emrys

I was giggling the entire time, but I lost it on "former go-fers" with Jack and Jimmy. You're brilliant! Sue
Lois: You know, I have a funny feeling that you didn't tell me your biggest secret.
Clark: Well, just to put your little mind at ease, Lois, you're right. Ides of Metropolis

Thanks for the FDK, everyone. I really wasn't sure about this one, so I'm glad to hear you guys enjoyed. C_A... You had the same idea? Really? That is so weird. Kind of scary, actually... Rach: AK Nom? Wow. Thanks! Sara: Glad you enjoyed most of it, even if you didn't catch everything. I was thinking about putting in my usual subtitles for just that reason, but didn't think they'd really work out too well this time (for various reasons). If it helps, you can find the lyrics here . Glad you noticed the S. Yeah, it's part of a font I came across when looking for a good Superman one to use for these title cards. It wasn't exactly what I had in mind, but I thought the S made for a nice touch. Emrys: Thank you so much for the detailed FDK! You picked out some of my favorite bits, too. Glad I could keep you laughing. Thanks again to everyone who commented (here or otherwise)! I really thought this was going to be a stupid (and somewhat evil) throwaway, so I'm really happy to see that so many of you liked it. Paul

I really enjoyed that. I like the writing you used at the end.
