Well, I can see the excuse that the internship was really being Robin -- remember his statement to Jenny that he only had one job. Did he actually do Wayne Enterprises stuff? My concern would be all the people at home who know him who might recognize the news about Sam.
Either way, he's gonna have to pull off a pretty good disguise for his physical features.... And having Jenny suddenly take up with the Young Master Wayne? Her family might ask questions. I know she's thinking about telling her parents, but that doesn't help any extended family.
