It's also sung by Gene Kelly's character in the musical Brigadoon's song Almost Like Being in Love.  Of course, his "rare mood" was a much happier one than Lois's. (Yeah, I know that my guess doesn't count, since it is out of L&C canon, but since the song immediately leapt into my mind when I saw the quote, I thought I would share an alternate citation.)
