The first thing I have to say: You can't leave us hanging there! It's not fair!
And at the same time, he felt danger. He knew that he was playing with the fire and that, for once, he risked getting burned.
That pretty much sums it up! Brilliant!
Her hair was blond and considerably longer than her skirt.
This doesn't tell us much about her hair, does it?
Even without using x-ray vision he was able to see pretty much all of her.
Cat, as she lives and breathes.
Truth be told, it was more like he *would* have been able to see it, had she not been standing so close to him that he might have knocked her out by looking down.
Someone is in trouble. Dire trouble.
Anyway, the picture of Lois pacing quickly through the newsroom and pleading someone called Clark to forgive her was certainly the best anecdote of the year.
It most assuredly is.
“Perhaps I’ve been a bit hasty in my judgment. Clark, I need your help with this story. Please help me. Don’t let this stand between us.” She almost begged and for a moment Clark was afraid that she would kneel down in front of him.
On second thought, it isn't. The anecdote of Mad Dog Lane begging is much better.
Silently he followed Lois through the newsroom and said hello to the people she introduced to him. Clark didn’t dare think about how long this truce would last.
Not too long. May your life be interesting...
Well, as I said before, you can't just let us hang here! What I did't say is that this is well-written, ingenious, catching the characters (from season 1) in perfect detail, funny, awesome - and much too short. Did I mention I want more?
