party Getting good smile party

Glad they couldn't erase Clark's memory.

Delighted to see Trask done in the "other" guys.

He opened it, the green glow from inside casting strange, unearthly lights on his face.

“Let’s get this to the lab as soon as we can.”

He leaned back with satisfaction. If there were problems with the man in the red cape, with any luck, they’d be ready for him.

Extraction would be easy.
Time for Clark to use a little heatvision smile

Excellent! Now for some reason I keep thinking of Hiro meeting Tempus. Might be interesting...

“Murder, mayhem, skulls cracked open like walnuts…and he has us wandering around in the middle of small town America looking for soil contamination!” Lois shook her head. “He’s losing it, Clark. The man is officially out of his mind.”
Hmm... Very curious. Perry must have had 'someone' tell him what to do.

He pulled to a stop, and watched the train pull by.
Oh, I just love being held up by a train.

Lois fidgeted. She’d always been high strung, but it wasn’t until he’d gotten her out into the silence of the country that he’d begun to notice just how high strung she was. She’d stick out like a sore thumb in Smallville.
Probably so, Lois, but I have an idea that you can adjust.

Trask! Don't like that guy.

all he could think about was that for some reason, paper cuts really hurt.
Yes, they do! Ever cut yourself on cardboard?

“We are here to find Superman and help him save the world!” The younger man’s voice was enthusiastic, but his friend looked mildly apologetic.
Hiro is so enthusiastic!

“He had us down to the tacky tie you were wearing that day, and he printed it a month before it ever happened. I’m not galactically stupid Clark.”
So does that mean Lois knows about Clark? Is he actually Superman yet? I can't remember.

And somehow, everyone seemed to assume that it was Rachel who’d shot Trask.
Very interesting. I like that Clark's memory could not be changed.

Extraction would be easy.
You just wish!

Great story, Shayne.

Ah, how interesting. The Company and Bureau 39 butting heads. I'm so glad they aren't involved with each other. I do wonder what The Company will do with the kryptonite. And what do they mean by extraction? I wonder if the Haitian knows there's something up with Clark, other than the fact that he can't read him.
