Plot untwists are always fun. This one was hysterical!
Do you know the most surprising thing about divorce? It doesn't actually kill you, like a bullet to the heart or a head-on car wreck. It should. When someone you've promised to cherish till death do you part says, "I never loved you," it should kill you instantly.

LOL. Very cute. I especially enjoyed Jimmy's summary of Leslie's plans. LabRat
Athos: If you'd told us what you were doing, we might have been able to plan this properly. Aramis: Yes, sorry. Athos: No, no, by all means, let's keep things suicidal.

Hi, Cute story. “You’re right, Jimmy. And I certainly don’t want to end up floating in the sewer, shot in the back. Would you tell everyone good-bye for me, and tell Lois I’ll always remember her fondly?”
“Sure Mr. Luckabee. Today’s only the first of the month. I’ll tell her the second…” Jimmy trailed off, waving pleasantly as Mr. Leslie Luckabee nodded gratefully, then hurried to his office to vacate. “…hell freezes over.” He shook his head in disgust and went back to work. MAF PS Don't you owe me stories?
Maria D. Ferdez. --- Don't like Luthor, unfinished, untitled and crossover story, and people that promises and don't deliver. I'm getting choosy with age. MAF

I have to point out a major flaw in characterization that took place in this little piece.
For this story to work as a plot untwist, we have to believe that Jimmy has the intelligence and competence to be able to decern Luckabee' motives and plans. Sorry, doesn't wash. Jimmy's most obivous talent is that he's clueless.
Tank (who doesn't understand the desire to portray Jimmy as something he's not... a useful human being)
