I really need to stop torturing myself and wait for this to hit the archive.
Of course, then I'd spend the next umpteen months torturing myself wondering what you're doing to torture everyone else.
It's a no win.
Really - sending the whole file out would be easier. Did you really think I'd give up on that?!?
It's interesting that they don't remember the meeting that seems to have set this all off but remember things after that. It seems they start remembering things as they talk about them. Mention the bomb on the Messenger and they remember it. Mention the warehouse and Clark remembers it. But they don't remember the meeting - unless it wasn't in the office and then that might explain it.
It's 2001 - doesn't Clark have internet access? Heck, *I* had high speed in 2001... If so, wouldn't it be easier/safer/whatever for them to start there - especially if it seems that Clark doesn't work for the Planet. Given the notes and the cut out picture, him showing up there with her may not be the best plan. Or at least find a newsstand. And Lois not only doesn't live on Carter but the super doesn't know her. That said, the reaction by the super seems a bit over the top but there may be more to it than we realize at this point.
So - are they keeping their old memories and have new ones that overlay them - like a double exposure or whatever. They can 'see' both of them. Or are the old memories erasing? Either way - they need to fix whatever they messed up because even if they stay together their little girl is gone

More now would be good
