Maybe Lana had doubts about Clark being the father but after she saw Chris's pic she's sure he's Clark's son. It must be just a crazy idea, but it got me thinking... I will say this much. Originally, Lana had an evil little grin on her face, but that changed. At this point, I honestly don't know who it was, but I don't think it was Lana. As for Navance's guys not knowing where they were - in Smallville - all they had to do was call the network and the network finds L/C. It wouldn't be that hard - not in Pittsdale? Where's Clark from?
