Yes, I know it's weird, but I kept getting an image of LaCroix with splintered fangs after trying to bite Clark! Laura

As a faithful fan of LnC, and a semi-faithful fan of Forever Knight, I read this, and howled, Laura. Irene
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once.

Well, I never got into FK for some reason, but this was one of those good crossovers where knowing the characters doesn't really matter. Cute, Laura. LabRat
Athos: If you'd told us what you were doing, we might have been able to plan this properly. Aramis: Yes, sorry. Athos: No, no, by all means, let's keep things suicidal.

Laura, cute story.
It reminds me a bit of a comic book story of a few years ago where Lois and Clark find themselves staying at a creepy mansion which just happened to be owned by a vampire.
Lois is seduced but before she can be 'harvested' Clark comes to save the day.
Now in the comics it's always been put forth that Superman also has a weakness against magic. Therefore the magical nature of the vampire makes Superman vulnerable to them. But the fun aspect of this story was how the writer got around that.
Yes Clark was vulnerable to the bite of the vampire but unfortunately for our denizen of the dark he didn't take into consideration that Superman is mostly powered by sunlight and can be considered as a living solar battery. Needless to say, when our vampire friend took a big bite of sunlight he wasn't too happy. He wound up destroying himself.
I wonder where LeCroix is going to find the proper dentures.

LOL I may have no idea who is this LaCroix-Vampire is, but to have him try to bite Clark was really hilarious. What a clever and funny idea!

I'm ROTFL Laura!!! I rarely watched FK but I'm a big Anita Blake/LK Hamilton fan, so this one really tickled my funnybone. Great job!
