FDK goes here . Next post: Wednesday or Thursday Chapter 11 Preview "Have you guys seen Clark?" she asked them.
They both shook their heads. "Nope. Sorry," Pete said. "He wasn't here when we got here."
Lois stood next to them and looked around, her eyes landing on Lana.
Sitting next to Clark.
Who had his hand on her shoulder and was smiling at her. Thanks . Carol

Sheesh, I want to cry with Lois, especially after that preview! But even amnesiac Clark isn't dumb enough to believe anything Lana tells him, right? And you're going to get back here soon, right?!?
So what's the psychological hangup for this Clark? And what's it going to take to get past it?
More soon please! Amber

Oh, how sad!!! Carol, your Lois reminds me of Juliet in Shakespeare's immortal play. Not because her parents hate Clark's parents, obviously. No, but because she rushed ahead and married so young, and because she didn't ask for her parents' permission or blessing before doing so. And now, like Juliet, she can't tell her parents that she is married. And Lana is taking advantage of Clark's amnesia!!!! I just knew she would!!!! Ann

/Peeks at preview/ Someone is going to die-ie. Someone is goign to die-ie You know, Carol, I feel almost sorry for Lana. Just 17 and already facing an her worst nightmare.
On a more serious note: This is heart wrenching and tomorrow is Tuesday. Here, it's actually just 95 minutes out. And Tuesday is almost Wednesday, so you could post in a few minutes, right?

Such a sweet part. I wish, however, that Lois would give herself permission to talk to someone. It's not enough to write things down, she needs to confide in somebody. That's too much to carry at any age, let alone at 17.

Well, you're evil, but at least you didn't make Lois's parents ground her! I don't think I could have taken that.

It's cool that Lois isn't grounded yet. And the adults don't know the half of it (that they married) I just knew Lana would do something like that. Although maybe we are jumping the gun here. It could just be all innocent like, you know. (yeah right). Come back here quickly! I have a sneaking suspicion that preview would be the last scene of the next part, :p Loving it...
If she had to move heaven and Earth, perhaps come back to haunt Perry and explain the story after they'd killed her, she would do it.

Great part, Carol. He remembers everything but personal details. He knows how to do Algebra and could answer questions about the periodic table of elements and who the first president was and how the Electoral College works. Personally, I'm impressed he could explain the Electoral College. Very few people understand it." And tee-hee for this! It's so true! (Unfortunately.)

And Lana? Nice try but we know you better. I bet Lana gets the same treatment Cat got in the series after Clark's memory loss.
So when does Clark find the journal? I'm betting you string it out for a few days? Oh and I'm betting Sam or Ellen is going to find the marriage license and figure out why Clark worded things that way.

So Ellen is like Dr. Friskin? <g> I laughed at the "electoral college" line. thinking that it wasn't her boyfriend but rather her husband that was missing and wishing she could tell him that. That she could kiss him and make love to him and hope that those things helped him remember. Aw, go on, Lois. Give it a shot! And that note he left her? Just rip out my heart and stomp on it, why don't ya? Poor Lois, my heart is breaking for her. Get back her and fix it, Carol!
Lois: You know, I have a funny feeling that you didn't tell me your biggest secret.
Clark: Well, just to put your little mind at ease, Lois, you're right. Ides of Metropolis

Martha would understand, really.
I couldn't help but think that the grounding thing just isn't going to happen...

/waves/ Hey guys! One of those days... :p Anyway... Sarah - who me?!?! Amber - don't cry... Ann - don't worry, no death/suicide in this one . Lovesuper - I loved it too . Michael - :p . Well, it's Wed for you now... I'll contemplate posting it for you... Not promising though - head is KILLING me at the moment. Will see how long till the Advil kicks in... Elisabeth - yes, she does need to talk to someone, it is too much - but will she realize that? Amy - I think they probably were going to but after everything else, including Clark hurt/amnesiac... AnKS - technically, I don't guess they could ground her since she's a married adult. She could just leave... No, it's not the last scene and that's all I'm saying . JD - hehe! Don't Ewwww! This isn't Clana from OTOH - that you can Ewwwww over [am editing it - again! - that was painful to read ] Iolan - Yes it is. I try to get my students to understand but am happy if they remember that Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton were impeached not Richard Nixon... Patrick - you know me better? /looks intently at harddrive/ are you sure? Sue - yes, Ellen = Friskin here. Not sure why but it came to me early on to make her her 'own' professional rather than 'just' 'Sam's nurse', you know? Awww - don't cry! Go fix the next part of Ricochet instead! James - yes, she probably would. Yeah, it's not... Maybe more tonight. Will have to see how the headache goes - otherwise tomorrow morning. Thanks . Carol
