So far so good. Home stretch huh? It seems a long way off from that. Are you planning sequels? I am interested in how you will get from here to the home stretch. Good job, keep it coming. Laura

Very enjoyable story, Terry. I haven't left any fdk so far, but know that I'm there, reading and enjoying! And I too, like Laura, predict (and hope for) a sequel.

He sat back in thought for a moment, then his eyes flashed and he leaned forward. “Are you telling me,” he almost snarled, “that you’re not responsible for what happened to your husband? That Claude’s death wasn’t your fault?”
"Well, this is different. You can't compare those cases. Ugh uh. You see, I *am* responsible, while you're not. Therefor, totally different situation. Yep."

He exhaled deeply. “I’m sorry, I’m so sorry! You just shut down for almost half a minute! I was afraid that you were going catatonic on me!”
I know it's meant to be deep and everything, but it still cracked me up. Really awesome interactions there help

Thanks for reading and feeding back, y'all.

DW, I hope the wrap-up satisfies you.

Laurach, I don't have a sequel planned at the moment, but those things can turn on a dime. Thanks!

Cristina, thanks for reading! I'm glad you're enjoying it so far.

Michael, glad you're enjoying it. Different people find humor in different things. Believe me, I know. And I hope you enjoy the wrap-up, too.

Speaking of wrap-ups, the last chapter will be up very soon.

Great story. I hope there will be a sequel. Will love to see how Lois and Clark both move forward into an intimate relationship.
