Hmmm...I had meant this story only as a throwaway, one-line answer to the short fiction challenge; but I am beginning to see humorous possibilities here:
Dramatis personae:
Dorothy - Lois (of course)
Farm hand / Scarecrow- Jimmy (If I only had a brain!)
Farm Hand / Cowardly Lion - either Jonathan Kent (based on his appearance and on the fact that I could easily see him acting in the role) or Cat (based on name -- but then with her it would have to be "If I only had a man")
Farm hand/Tin (Steel) Man - Clark Kent / Superman
Wicked Witch of the East - Lex Luthor
Wicked Witch of the West - Tempus
Aunty Em - Martha Kent
And in keeping with Frank Morgan playing multiple parts in the original WoO:
Glynda (Glyndus? ;-)), Professor Marvel, the Wizard - H. G. Wells
The Munchkins -- the shrunken folks from "It's a Small World After All"?
I can't think of many animals having been depicted on the show, so casting Toto is hard -- perhaps the pig from Smart Kids?
That's not all of the characters, but it is certainly a majority of them. I also couldn't quite figure out where to place Perry. He really ought to be in there somewhere.
The more I think about it, the more demented this crossover seems...
