Well, this was shorter than I wanted, but I have to leave. I'll be back mid October.

Well done. I need to go back and re-read all the parts together.

His eyes shot open and he saw the back of Lois’ head, her back pressed into his. Other sensations along his body were already awake and screaming for attention.

Suddenly he remembered who he really was.
Talk about... muscle memory laugh

Wonder what the two-asteroids-twist is going to be about.

Lois smiled. “We didn’t talk about an engagement last night.”

Clark smiled a mischievous grin, “As I recall, we didn’t talk at all last night. But I do want to wait until tomorrow and all is well in the world.”
Why does it sound like they did more than sleep confused

Quote
Apparently unsurprised by that statement, Lois simply took the phone and punched in the number for his bedside phone. “Who is calling, Superman or Clark,” she asked as she handed the phone back to him.

“Clark.”

“Tell him I’m here and I say hi.”

“You’re sure?”

“Yes.”
And what's Daddy going to think. Besides 'let's send the guy to the FBI's Aleutian field office'.

Nice part. But now he's got his memory back and the story still has 3 more parts to go hyper Or is it 4, since you mentioned this being a short one blush

I'm back and made a few small adjustments to the story. Nothing like a cruise to clear your mind. Part 16 this weekend, I hope. I had started it and wasn't happy with the details. Oh, and the cruise gave me an idea for a totally different short story, which will also be coming after I finish this.
Thanks for your patience and thanks to these boards. Doing this soothes me.

Poor Clark nuked by B39 with lost memories.

I agree with Michael... More happened than sleep, right? Lois, what a way to get Clark back. eek clap It's those sensory memories, right Lois?

I love how you used scripted dialogue with completely different motivation and meaning. laugh With Rita and the finding the right suit and with amnesia Clark.

Glad CK got his memories back (yeah, thanks, Lois, for stabbing me in the back -- literally). Not too happy that the FBI interogated blank Clark. What a way to support their own!

What's this? TWO asteroids! Yikes! eek Must read more....
