As you can probably tell by now, the prologue occurs some time after this chapter. I hope this eases some concerns even as it raises others.

And yes, I anticipate some pointed feedback.

I'm super excited about this fic! The risque beginning is more daring than I'd write, but I admit I loved every word! And it's all so well written, too!

Got nothing negative to say!

Anecdotally, I will point out that Lynn just posted a fic dealing with Lois' issue in 'Full Partners.' Though that was more tightly in the context of the episode, 'We have a lot to talk about,' it's interesting that this issue has come up in two totally different stories so recently.

Second, yikes! How in the world does it come to what we see in the prologue? You've definitely brought up a lot of questions. It's especially interesting to see Lois so insecure when she's alone alongside of being happy when she's talking to Clark. I guess the child thing is really weighing on her.

I'll be interested in seeing where in the world this is going!!
