Missing Lois - TOC A taste of Chapter 7, Part 11... Lucy turned around to grab a document off the printer. Standing next to her desk was a small man in a bowler hat. As she reached around him to the printer, he said in an English accent, “Excuse me, Miss. I am looking for Clark Kent.”
Her mind was on the sheet in her hand, mentally checking it for mistakes. “He’s not in. Can I help you with something?” She lifted her eyes to his.
The little man gazed at her with wide eyes. “Lois? Lois Lane?”
She frowned. “No. Lucy El.” She focused her attention on him. Who was he?
“Lois. Don’t you recognize me?”
“Lucy. And have we met?”
“Oh, dear God. You’ve lost your memory. I’ve left you here too long.” He shook his head.
Okey-dokey. He just traveled into the strange zone. “Excuse me?”
“Lois, look at me, closely. Think back. We met on a sunny afternoon several years ago. Clark, you, and I traveled…”
She couldn’t believe this guy. “Look, Mister, I’ve never met you. I certainly haven’t traveled anywhere with you and Lois Lane is dead.”
The man stumbled backward. “Dead? Oh, dear, no. I was sure bringing her here would save her from the curse…” Thank you for reading. Please post feedback here.

Noooooo! Don't leave us hanging there! I'm sure Lara will be fine, but still!
I'm thrilled that H.G. Wells is back on the scene. Lois and Lara need to get home soon!

I wanted to slow down for today… Alas, I’m worried about getting to 4 FDKs today, too At least, she hopes she’s not having a baby. Raising Kids in a Busy Household, would help her know if parenting was even feasible for their crazy, hectic lifestyle. Well. It’s great literature, written by Arianna Carlin. All you need is a nanny and a good children’s psychiatrist. Clark pressed his lips together. “That’s impossible. I cannot be faster than Superman.” “The future I can handle; in the present, not so much.” Clark opened the door to the apartment and let Moonbeam in. Oooooh! Clark’s life was surrounded by females so he wasn’t quite sure to whom she referred. He cleared his throat as he considered his response.
Moonbeam pursed her lips. “Lucy.”
Well, that narrowed it down to two.
“The one that isn’t married to Lex Luthor,” she clarified again. Why would Moonbeam talk to her old self about Lois… unless she meant…
“You can contact the other dimension?” Clark asked, surprised. DingDingDing! Lois grabbed Moonbeam by the shoulders. “Clark? Star talked to my Clark about me? Me, me? He’s going to think Star’s fallen off her rocker.” He went to take Lara, but the baby grabbed Lois’s shirt, not wanting to go. He stopped trying. “She wants you, Lois.”
Lois shook her head. “She never wants me. It must be your Lois she wants.”
“Right,” he responded sarcastically. “That’s whose shirt she’s holding onto.” And again, she just knows her favorite restaurant. Kal’s Lois looked down at her daughter. “Do you want Mommy?” She turned her around so that they were face to face. “Mommy loves you so much, sweet Baboo.” Awwwwwwwwww She gasped, her eyes flying open and she looked at her daughter. “Oh, Lara, I love you so much. You are the best daughter in the whole wide universe.” She pulled her to her chest, rocking her, a tear dripping down her face. Wooowwwwww… Moonbeam cleaned the pipes? Or did she adjust the phaseshift?

“I don’t know, Lois. It’s not like making a telephone call.”
Lois stretched out her daughter’s hand. “Here’s your telephone. Contact her Daddy for us, please.” Michael

Shelly: Thank you. Michael: I made it through 'editing' almost 4 parts last night. So, if you can READ and FDK 4 parts a day... Yeah, he only has a foster brother she doesn’t know about and a kid she doesn’t about with a second wife, okay, mistress?, concubine?, she doesn’t know about, either. True. Well, he was still all hot and bothered… Michael! At least, she hopes she’s not having a baby. Right, but THEY don't need all the details. Well. It’s great literature, written by Arianna Carlin. All you need is a nanny and a good children’s psychiatrist. I'm doubting that was the author. Since it was the book she was reading out on her patio while she had her 8 babies while interviewing the Queen & Pope with no sign of Clark nightmare. Awwwww, so she *does* know Mommy. Or is she just telling Mommy and Daddy that she wants to go to McBoobalds. A bit of both. And again, she just knows her favorite restaurant. Gee, that won't help Lois's depression at all! Moonbeam cleaned the pipes? Or did she adjust the phaseshift? Maybe Lois just needed to believe. And that’s how you give your kid a complex. Nah! Just being part-Lane is enough. Oh. You delayed the Vixen info. I did? Maybe he should file for divorce? It would be best for Lois. Didn't she do that in this episode already? And will this be a funny remark Lara is going to use in the future when someone asks her if she had been dropped as a baby? “Yes.” /awkward silence/ Yep. Not picturing this a funny story that Lois and Clark will be laughing about later.

I made it through 'editing' almost 4 parts last night. So, if you can READ and FDK 4 parts a day... Speaking from own experience. Yes, but you might be already bored out of your mind by rereading the same thing over and over. I'm still discovering Well, if the shoe fits... in Clark's mouth. I'm doubting that was the author. Since it was the book she was reading out on her patio while she had her 8 babies while interviewing the Queen & Pope with no sign of Clark nightmare.[quote]Oh.
[quote]Gee, that won't help Lois's depression at all! /shrugs/ What's the point if we can't make fun of the fictional characters issues? Nah! Just being part-Lane is enough. Michael
