I really liked the Lois/Martha conversation - it makes a change for them not to love one another on first sight. This in particular made me LOL: Quote "You're dating?" Martha repeated, looking astonished. Then she shocked Lois by adding, "Oh, that's wonderful!" Lois started to worry that Clark's mother had more than a few screws loose. "Okay, why is it wonderful, considering that you hate me?" Martha's complete volte-face once she realised that Lois and Clark were dating... it's no wonder that Lois thought she was crazy! Great work finding the green crystal... but Wayne's sent it to Wichita! Wendy Just a fly-by! waves

I set up the situation, but Kathy's the one who pointed out that Martha would be very protective... they'll laugh about it, someday Thanks for pointing out that line, Wendy, that's one of my favorites And this part is your fault, too, in a way... about the time I was planning this story, you were posting a Lois/Martha first meeting, in WLMC, I think, and you did such a lovely job that I didn't even want to try to compete... so, if I can't make things any nicer, then the alternative is... Jose, well... Martha wasn't possessive about Clark, just protective... but it sure didn't seem much better, did it? Hi Phil! Hey, don't blame poor Wayne, he's just trying to keep up with the times and find out what's in his local environment... Thanks, Maria. Yes, Trask is bad news.
