I've got a lot to go! Just wanted to let you know that I'm (slowly but surely) trying to catch up on this again. It might take quite a while, but it's happening. And also, I really loved this chapter. The moment of deja vu Lois has here is great, and I loved that her romance novel is essentially (okay, not essentially, but almost *exactly) the way her "past life" went. Great job! When I get the time, I'll come back for chapter (gasp) twenty! See? I'm chugging along... Nothing spoils a good story like the arrival of an eye witness. --Mark Twain

CLARK: No, but there was a terrific and famous race in Metropolis every summer called "Secretary's Day" where all the female assistants ran a marathon with their bosses.
