*That’s* what she was trying to do that night during the spaghetti incident! LOIS: Yeah, it's this new "pumping" technique that Cat taught me. CLARK: Me likey! LOIS: Really, I couldn't tell. Clark:No Lois, you could so tell.

I haven't forgotten, just spacing out my responses so you have something new to read while trying not to read my new parts. As soon as I catch up, I'm posting another part. This is a vicious cycle. PERRY: Kent lied about being alive? Don't tell me I hired another zombie. Like Ralph? Also explains the dead feet smell. Oh, dear, was Clark wearing that red shirt again? Cape. Anyway, isn't that from Sue S.'s story, not mine? Michael

Well, he got to meet many new friends he’s now meeting anonymously. ELLEN: Hey, I know those anonymous people too. There’s a pregnant Clark on the archive somewhere. Dark side, though. Like "Junior"? Hmmmm. Was PML set on V-Day in this story? Must double check. I know I set it around New Year's Eve once. Yes, first thing I do is extract the soul, and if that’s missing, well… then there’s hell to pay. Literally. Why do I think she thinks inside-disinfection here… LOIS: No, directly to the source. Hehehehe. And yes, something like that was done at least once. In Soul Mates? That was funny. Really need to catch up on my reading. LOIS: Would you please hold my bag with my bathing suit?
CLARK: Sure. /looks inside/ Why is there only sunscreen in it? LOIS: Our children will get their smarts from me. Let's hope. A bunch of naive superheroes and people might start to associate Superman with Clark. Poor Clark. Now that he’s not super anymore, he’s got no chance of keeping up. LOIS: But Black Canary has vanished last night! PERRY: It was a YELLOW bird, Lois! And my cat weighs 10 lbs. *Sigh* Poor Lois. Always the optimist. And moving on... /hands Lois a stack of obits to write/ LOIS: Great. How did I end up in Perry's doghouse again?

I believe it was "Jolly St. Clark" that had PML on New Years' Eve, and since that story was originally a rough draft of a possible Christmas part of Wrong Clark. (It won't work now, but there is a Wrong Clark version on my harddrive that I may adapt parts of for the Wrong Clark actual story). <Clark sits there, legs crossed, hands in his lap> Oh. So, borrow the birdshot gun from Jonathan? LOIS: Wrong Lois (as opposed to Smallville's Lois). My father didn't teach me to shoot a gun. My father taught me not to flinch at the sight of blood or my own pain. ER: <whispers> She’s a Lois. CLARK: Why, lookie there, she's worth it. LOIS: Great. How did I end up in Perry's doghouse again?
ER: You said you killed your partner? EW: Actually, she implied she never looked Superman in the face, and you sent her to Perry's doghouse to refresh her investigative skills.

I believe it was "Jolly St. Clark" that had PML on New Years' Eve, Oh dear. My father didn't teach me to shoot a gun. My father taught me not to flinch at the sight of blood or my own pain. Hmm…they sound like equivalent abilities in a game of Roleplay Cards. One allows her to shoot the bad guy and still function, the other to get shot by the bad guy and still function. quote: ER: <whispers> She’s a Lois.
CLARK: Why, lookie there, she's worth it. [Big Grin] LOIS: for no discernible reason. EW: Actually, she implied she never looked Superman in the face, and you sent her to Perry's doghouse to refresh her investigative skills. Oops. What do you call plotholes in FDK? Michael

OK, I know you didn't actually promise us such, but I am pretending you did. I could not tell any timing for PML in "Another Lois", so whatever you tell us was when it should have happened we will believe.

ER: Oh dear. It was Jolly St. Clark but it was more implied than actually happened. I just re-read Jolly St. Clark and while a few lines (mostly the Cat / Clark interaction and Jimmy's undercover assignment) still works for WC, the rest not so much. <<runs off to write something new.>> Hmm…they sound like equivalent abilities in a game of Roleplay Cards. You'd think I'd remember such things, having written them myself, but no such luck. If only I had Eidetic memory or, better yet, partial eidetic memory (because, let's face it, I don't want to remember EVERYTHING.)
