There was no telling how quickly the alien's powers might come back. His father's notes had debriefed him on it all - how, early on, during the first few encounters with the lethal rock, S' powers had taken a long time to rebound. But as time went on, and he had more exposure to the radioactivity, his recovery time got shorter and shorter until it was almost instantaneous. Until he starting eating K for breakfast, because it was yummy, yummy good. But then they had to end that comic series and start a whole new version, one where Clark was the dominate personality and Superman the disguise. And the rest was history. The End. Soooooooooooo, any chance in convincing you to post early?

Well at least he told Lois the truth before he was captured. Now it is up to her to save him. I hope she figures out how quickly.

Hope the weekend is a great one. Thanks, Morgana! Hubby and I are hitting up a convention Dean is doing this weekend. I should have pics and video up during the week. Maybe the week after, depending on what's going on with Thanksgiving (there's a *very* high chance I won't have internet access from Wednesday night until Sunday night). Looking forward to meeting the hottest Superman ever! Lois stayed hidden because she's gotten a very clear picture from Clark of how dangerous Trask is. She knows that if she gets caught, she can't help Clark. And if she can't help him, chances are good that he'll be killed.

Tempus: Hello?? Duh! Bad guy! /whispers/ Did he just date himself by paying future inflation price for the paper? Probably. Yeah, he might get rushed away to Arkham. Wouldn't want that. Batman is not the creator of Utopia. So, Lois will *not* marry Lex and be his sex slave in this story? Lois: <attempts not to vomit> Jaywalking. And littering (he dumped a cigar butt on the street). He will have to do 2 hours of community service, and is optionally allowed to send a substitute. It was a brilliant piece of investigative journalism. They had to track the billionaire for several months until they could finally nail him on both charges just after he had finished a lengthy discussion with Joe the Blow. They go on to win several prestigous awards for said article. Much more fun to have him alive while Lois is being sold from bordello to bordello. Plus, she keeps his bed nice and cozy. Jason: <mutters about needing to find Lois and sterilize her, lest S breed> Not even when they start to use Lois as a pastime? Clark: Maybe then. But only if I have to. Then again, he did get off easy so far. He still has all his intestines *inside* his body. At least, for now. So long as Roose Bolton doesn't get him. He doesn't have a flayed man sigil for nothing. Oh dear. That can’t be good. It never is. /reads top post/

Wouldn't want that. Batman is not the creator of Utopia. That sounds like a good story for Queen of Capes to write. Tempus kills Superman to destroy Utopia, only to have Batman create it instead. I can just picture Tempus banging his head against a wall in frustration.
