The paramedics in Metropolis must be used to Superman and Superowmen stopping muggings if they are willing to go in on a call involving one before the police have showed up.

Hi John,

Actually been there done that. Depending on where the destination was, more than once I was on scene before the police arrived.

You Need to understand the mind set of the paramedic - the life of the injured is often more of a concern than personal safety. We go in, period. The only deterrant, and that is on the civilian side would be if there was an active gunfight in progress, with the military that isn't even a consideration.

I like the paramedic scene, it made perfect sense.

Quote
Lois noted that after just a few minutes Clark was asleep again and she rolled over on her side so that she could look at him while he slept. The look of adoration on her face and in her eyes were evident to all who passed by, even those guys that looked very admiringly at her, taking in her striking figure and beautiful long legs and the looks of jealousy from the other women that didn’t quite measure up to her standard.
Sorry KenJ, this paragraph did not seem very clear to me.

They couldn't wait until they got to Metropolis? confused

Hi Morgana,

That was intended to introduce some comedy relief from the tension of the action sequence.

Aha! I read the part over again. Now I get it!

When the brain is in a flu fog, anything can happen. Sorry about that.

Hi Morgana,

That is a relief. Sorry to hear that you have been down with a bug. Hope you feel better soon.
