Sgt. Tartaglia is a great additional character, he actually reminds me of a number of excellent character actors.

Miss Olive! What a hoot.

Not comfortable with Carrie and her abilities, that is a tremendous burden to place on a young child's shoulders. She's gone through enough for one year.

Oh yeah, love the way Henderson's voice comes across; just as taciturn and crusty as ever! smile

A writer's job is to think of new plots and create characters who stay with you long after the final page has been read. If that mission is accomplished than we have done what we set out to do, which is to entertain and hopefully educate.

Hi Morgana,

Thanks for the FDK!

Sgt. Tartaglia - I love writing for him. He is a character from a 1940s radio show "Broadway Is My Beat". He was the assistant to a Detective Lieutenant whose name I am sure you will also recognise - Danny Clover. Just imagine Tartaglia with a strong Italian accent whenever he speaks.

Miss Olive - you know Lois, she has to be there, right in the middle of things. Hiding in Kansas would only last so long. She just had to get back to the office.

What is happening to Carrie is an unintended consequence of the surgery which removed the tumor. It could be a good thing. We will just have to wait and see.
