Morgana A writer's job is to think of new plots and create characters who stay with you long after the final page has been read. If that mission is accomplished than we have done what we set out to do, which is to entertain and hopefully educate.

I envisioned a girl of about fifteen in this story who will miss her parents and her brother for the rest of her life. We don't even know what happened, just that it was probably abrupt, and it's still too raw for her to say the words even to herself. I had pinpricks in my eyes at the end. I envision the tragedy being a car accident involving her parents and her brother, but since I deliberately left the inciting incident out of the story, my thoughts on it aren't canon; imagine whatever you wish.
