It's very well written too: your Lex is suitably proud and arrogant, reflecting on his political ambitions. Buy off all of Congress - yeah, that's so Lex.
Just one tiny nitpick: I can't quite see Lex saying 'Great!' - but I could very clearly see him saying 'Excellent' or something similar.
