Not on this board, no. By the time it was set up I had been part of FoLCdom for some years. But, certainly I was once a newbie to FoLCdom.
Boy, when I think back to some of the 'dumb' questions I had to ask then.
I distinctly recall having to email Debby Stark to ask what those funny little symbols people kept putting on posts meant.
