Nan, my good wishes for your surgery also! No matter how routine we're told any surgery is - and some non-emergency surgery is obviously less so than others - it's always scary.
BTW, Terry, now that I've read your post I remember that we did indeed have this discussion before, but to me 'out of pocket' still means that you're owed some money!
