What program are you using?
If it's Audacity, all you have to do is highlight, cut, and paste. Same as you would with a text file. Only trick is snipping out the right part. If you left reasonable pauses before rerecording, that shouldn't be too bad. If you tapped on the mic or something after each mistake, finding the right spot should be pretty easy.
