Phish Food is probably the single greatest ice-cream concoction to ever, ever grace the grocer's freezer. It's chocolate ice cream with caramel and marshmallow ribbons and little pieces of fudge shaped like fish. The moniker references the band Phish.
Uh-oh. Am officially a walking commercial. Still. It's the ice cream equivalent of ambrosia, I'm certain.
