Yes! No mystery here. Perry is well aware of what Clark's absence is costing Lois. But as he says, when is the right time to admit knowledge of her partner's 'other job'? This is just one of the things that makes the Daily Planet's managing editor an important factor in the newsroom and in their lives.
I love this burst of energy for her, but I feel like a violet is never going to make it!
