“You alright, Clark?”

I stare at him, dazed.

“You know?” I rasp.

His battered face splits into a smile. “Who do you think helped Jonathan bury your ship?”

Oohh! So much better than canon! Wayne is awesome! Not only did he help Jonathan all those years ago, but he got the drop on that bum Trask. He has kept the secret all this time, never letting Clark know the truth. I always thought he was a man of few words. What a surprise, Lois listened to Clark for a change and did not come back to the Trask farm. I wonder where that chunk of kryptonite is now? huh Really enjoyed this installment of the series and although it was a struggle, I am so glad you did it.

Time for me to read the next installment. laugh
