I love this chapter!!! It’s wonderful that they’re on an assignment as partners for the Daily Planet. Hopefully this is the first of many!
Clark had a tough childhood. In a way Lois did too though she had Clark to help her. I like Lois’s attitude of creating new memories together. That’s sweet. Clark has his doubts that a relationship with Lois can work but if he never risks his heart, he can wind up lonely and miserable.
I can relate to Clark’s feelings about flying in a plane. I think a lot of people have that fear.
