I don't have time to say much, but I wanted to drop in and let you know I'm still reading and enjoying this story.
This cracked me up:
“Lois? Is that you?”
“…Clark? What…what’s going on?” Blearily, she looked around, as if trying to get her bearings. Slowly, Clark lowered them to the ground.
“I’m sorry I startled you Lois,” he stammered, “I thought you were a reporter.” She shot him a look.
I'm glad that Clark and Lois are finally able to repair their relationship. They are going to need to work together if they want to beat the Planet- and parent-threatening psychos.
