Great part! I loved the interaction between Lois and Clark near the end.
Clark sighed as he looked at some point just over her head, “See, I want that. I want to know what it feels like to kiss you goodnight.”
*sigh*... so sad and nice and everything. Although it would've been the PERFECT spot for a make-up kiss. (But I know it's too soon in the story for that) I like it how Lois is showing Clark what he's missing but not being nasty about it.
