I'm still not convinced Lois in infected with a 'tape' worm... I reckon some other form of 'worm' penetrated her... however I'll play the game..
So, stuck on a plane, with tapeworm, is Clark going to a) x-ray the nasty and zap it off her digestive tract? b) pull it out the other end? or c) completely neglect the fact she has tapeworm, and realise she has unusual sounds and symptoms of another type of alien 'infection'??
Because a tapeworm infestation in Lois if left untreated could lead to cystercosis... and 'ew' is the only way I can think of how you would tackle that....
