I wish I could put in words how much I appreciate all the little details that went into this story. Things like Lois watching Clark's hands on the steering wheel awhile back, or last chapter's "You need a licence before you drive," and Clark's reply "I drove the car yesterday." (makes me chuckle every time I read it.)
I loved the trips to Metropolis and Clark using his supervision from up in the clouds. I was caught by surprise at Moyne having feet the size of a woman. I was
as I read that Clark finally listened - really listened to Lois tell him she wasn't leaving.
The way you described Clark's return was
Lol at ironing the pj's. He's so sweet.
I wasn't expecting the police, but it makes sense. I'm looking forward to the Welcome Home for Clark (will Rachael be there? Lana?) Of course, this means Moyne will know he's here, too. I'm looking forward to seeing how that plays out.
