I like this idea.
You should let the Janitorial staff let him know that most of the women who have given him their phone number have given him either a bogus number (6 instead of 7 digits) or the same number (a pre-recorded "This woman doesn't want to date you in this century" message). I know, poor Jimmy, but a good chuckle for us.
