This might be very similar to other challenges floating about, but basically, I got to thinking: What if certain episodes had taken place in completely different seasons, or just at different stages in LnC's relationship? What if All Shook Up took place after HOL? ("Are we more than friends?") What if Ultrawoman was in season 1? PML in Season 4? Hm, what are some other interesting ones...?

Good question. Very, very good question.
Would you also allow for the mixing of episodes? Like All Shook Up mixed with Pheromone, My Lovely? Or either one of them with Ultrawoman? This could mean that Lois would have to take care of Nightfall - or, in the case of PML, that Clark would be affected, but not Lois.

Well, some unnamed author once put the NKers smack middle into House of Luthor. Michael

If PML happens in Season 4, would Clark actually notice Lois as acting any differently.
Lois (having just unbuttoned some of the buttons on her blouse):Clark, whatcha doing, honey.
Clark:Writting a followup on that Vigilante, what do you have in mind.
Lois:Why don't we go do things that might make it so you don't actually have to ask Dr. Klein if certain things can happen.
Clark:Lois, are you ok, you usually don't want to do that in the middle of the day.
Lois:Well, doing it this morning was so enjoyable, I couldn't wait.
Clark:Well, I just sent my story to Perry to look over, so why not.
Then they run to the supply closet, and notice nothing.

PML in Season 4?
Hm, what are some other interesting ones...? I like the idea of this. It'd have to be a jumping off point to a larger story though as one episode placement change wouldn't do too much (because it would "reset"). PML in Season 4 is (sorta) being drafted by me at the moment (I have it being a sequel where Mindy Church gets her hands on it and Lois and Clark end up investigating *waggles eyebrows*). UltraWoman in Season one would have repercussions depending on when it would happen. Does Clark tell her? Does she try and go it alone (i.e. make her own costume)? If it ended up during/before PML, does Clark get affected by the perfume? What does Lois do about that? If it takes place during "Fly Hard" does she learn about the limitations of superpowers (i.e. does she learn that she can't just go flying in there but take it more subtly?) In HoL, does Clark/Superman not show any reaction to the K-cell? Does Lois fly up and rescue Luthor, outing herself? Also, during the Ultra Woman ep, does Luthor see her more as a challenge to be squashed or a woman to be wooed (to bring her "under his wing and influence")?
CLARK: No. I'm just worried I'm a jinx. JONATHAN: A jinx? CLARK: Yeah. Let's face it, ever since she's known me, Lois's been kidnapped, frozen, pushed off buildings, almost stabbed, poisoned, buried alive and who knows what else, and it's all because of me. -"Contact" (You're not her jinx, you're her blessing.)

I think placing PML at the end of season 2 could be interesting. Sometime around whine, whine, whine where she's going out with Dan and getting ever increasingly mad at Clark, then all of a sudden, she can keep her hands off of Clark and tells Dan off. I wonder what Clark and Dan would do. Plus she could say the line to Dan that she said to Luthor about how they can have dinner tonight but that there's only one man for her, Clark Kent.
"You're better at this than I thought," she told him. "At what?" Clark looked up at her quizzically. "Dissembling." "You didn't think I could lie?" ~ Sue s. FB

I've seen several fics where L&C meet before the Planet. What if they literally bump into each other at a college or even high school conference where there is also a mineral exhibit. Lois getting powers when no one has ever heard of Superman could be interesting. Since they don't know each other Clark will have a hard time finding out who the lady with his powers is.

Another way with the Lois under Revenge with Super-powers going after Clark is that it seems generally each piece of Red K inflences differently. Maybe someone exposes Lois to a second piece of Red K (or maybe we can even have it be a new color) that has the effects on a Kryptonian that Revenge has on humans.

How about shifting the alt-verse episode ("Tempus, Anyone?" if I remember correctly) into season 1 from Season 3.
CLARK: No. I'm just worried I'm a jinx. JONATHAN: A jinx? CLARK: Yeah. How about moving Don't Tug on Superman's Cape to Season 1 or 2. Imagine the conversations that Superman and Lois might have trapped in the cages. What would Lois think about Superman giving up his freedom for her if this was season 1? What would she think if it was season 2 and her and Clark had just had their first date the previous night?
I've put this on my plot bunny list, but not sure how long till I can get round to it.
