Even I don't really get the math part, but the pun is superbly horrendous. xkcd
I think, therefore, I get bananas.
When in doubt, think about time travel conundrums. You'll confuse yourself so you can forget what you were in doubt about.

413 nanohertz is a very high frequency. I'm too lazy to convert it and find out where it sits in the spectrum, but if she could get up I'm sure it would be close to a black eye.

No, it's not. Nano means 1/1,000,000,000, so 413 nHz is a very low frequency - one period in about 28 days. Not that I ever wanted to know.
The only known quantity that moves faster than light is the office grapevine. (from Nan's fabulous Home series)

Sorry, Lara, you're absolutely right. I told you I was too lazy to calculate it, and as it turns out I was also too lazy to visualize it correctly.
Interesting math problem, that. That frequency is below the range of human hearing, so that's probably why us guys don't hear it sneaking up on us.
What, did you ladies think we don't suffer through it too?

Here's another bad one. 282 And here's the last one I'll post, but there are plenty more that are hilarious. Resonance
