Hello, FoLCs!
With the official kick-off of Kerth season, that means the games and activities portion of the year has arrived!
The goal of these is to offer us the opportunity to refresh our memories on the eligible stories, dig into our favorite details, and even sneak in reading a couple more that maybe we haven’t been able to catch up on – and, of course, to have fun! These will start this week (in fact, they've already begun -- head over to the writing prompts thread!) and will end on March 30th (just before the voting begins).
This year, we’ll have 3 major activities:Writing challenges: lovetvfan will be sharing the fan favorite activity – bi-weekly writing prompts, posted yesterday for you! As we prepare to honor last year’s most beloved stories with the awards, we’ll also challenge ourselves to create new stories for next year!
Scavenger hunt: Queen of the Capes will be hosting a scavenger hunt through our eligible stories, during the month of February. Choose a fic from the list of eligible Kerth fics, and list as many unique items about it as you can that make it different from all the others. You’ll get points for each!
Quizzes: JadedEvie will be posting 8 quizzes over 8 weeks, and then a final 9th Double Fudge Crunch Round quiz during the last half of the last week. Quizzes will be available for points for a week each, starting January 12 and ending March 9 (just in time for nominations!), so get your answers in, even if you only know a couple!
