Change "he's" to "he."

The question mark should be a period, since you are instructing someone to ask you a question, you are not asking a question yourself. Alternately, the second sentence could be:
Ask me, "Why?"
But I think that is a lot more awkward.
"Evil Writer: I love to torture my favorite characters"
and
"Evil Reader: I love it when a writer tortures my favorite characters"
These both need periods at the end. There are actually several other items that also need periods, but I won't quote them individually here.
"The Hottest Team in Town! A woman in need of a hero and a man with glasses."
Should the exclamation point be a colon?
