Nice one-shot, Tank. Only it might not be a one-off after all. What about something like this for a sequel?
Lois and Superman go on like this for a few months, Lois gets some of her fire back, she meets someone with the initials D. S. (or someone else) and starts to feel something for the new guy, Superman gets jealous and argues with Lois, who tells him that he's a hero for the world but only her 'friend' ("Whoopee.") and he can't run her life and he can't expect her to mourn for Clark forever, and D. S. proposes and the sequel ends as Lois discusses the proposal with Superman and then thinks about it alone.
Then you can hunker down behind a snow fort and duck the tomatoes in the feedback folder.
I think I might have to join you there soon.
