Lois has *no* idea that her savior is super. There is no Superman in this universe. Clark never went public, knowing that to go public would attract Trask like a moth to a flame.
Gotta love the irony. Tempus messes with things and it just backfires right in his face...
As for Lois, I'm sure she'll mention that her bacon was saved, but she doesn't know enough to really "out" Clark.
