*** Continuation of Response to John's FDK ***He still does not fully trust her. After Lana, I'm not surprised though.
Trust is something that is built on experience. Lana wasn't the only one not to trust Clark. Lois also lied to him about what she was doing with Lex. (i.e. investigating him as opposed to dating him.)
Good thing Lois was not here, otherwise she might get ideas for their wedding.
LOIS: We aren't getting married.
LOIS: Oh, no. We'll be consummating this relationship LONG before we ever decide to walk down the aisle.
CLARK: Oh?
Yeah, Clark saves another life.

But does Peter deserved to be saved?
CAT: Duh! Yes! He maybe scum, but he's my brother.
Nerds never get laid, the groom being the exception.
Thus his rule is proved not workable.

Nerds everywhere celebrate.
I love mentions of Wanda.
CAT: Doesn't matter what he calls her. He still only has a one track mind.
It's a good thing nobody is really like this in real life.
It helps that it is the cleavage of the right woman.
CLARK:

Sure. Totally. Whatever you say, John.
Only long enough to learn it was not Lois.
So, Clark isn't allowed to admire other beautiful women? Only Lois?
LOIS: Exactly.
CLARK: That... um... doesn't seem very realistic.
Who needs x-ray vision with that dress?
It's not see through, just really... um... low cut.
Thanks. Hmmmmm. Maybe I should get Lois and Clark together to banter more often.
Real always beats fantasy.
CLARK:

You can *touch* real.
LOIS: /Slaps his hand away/ Who says that?
CLARK: Ooooops. Was that out loud?

Clark is good if he can moan her fake name.
He has a fast brain.
LOIS: That better be all.
Wanda: As easy as you want me to be.
Lo... er... Wanda!
Better safe than sorry, the walls have ears.
I like this part even more now than when I betaed it.

I'm glad it grew better with age.
