I would have had a terrible time WAITING between some of those parts!!!
No kidding, it was excrutiating! I recall offering to mail Sue some of my birthday cake in August if she would hurry up and post the next part. And that was somewhere around chapter 9 or 10, before she showed us what true angst is all about.
