Also, I'm 99.999% positive L&C used some sort of protection. It was carried in the gift shop, and I don't want to go into any details, but I'm certain it worked a charm. (And was colorful... but that's all I'm saying.)
Given the bright red, blue and yellow colors of the Superman Museum, that comment put a horrendous image in my head! I won't say more here in a general thread, but do they glow in the dark and have an "S" shield on them?
